Interviews work in three rounds, with 2 interviews each. 1 round: 10 to 15 min of fit interview followed by a 30 to 40 min case interview. Usually, interviewer will be a manager 2 round: pretty much the same as first round, but interviewers might be principals 3 round: interviews with partners, usually more focused in business acumen and less in math
