Interview
This was a dragged out 2 month Interview process for a role in Poland which lead to nothing. From the first day they called after my application 28 Oct 2019 until 20 Dec 2019. (After difficulty in finding a mutual timeslot as they had so many public holidays most of the time) First interview which i thoroughly enjoyed was scheduled with the recruiter, another executive assistant and the hiring manager. Haven't heard from them after that for almost two weeks which i had to chase in getting feedback which they eventually revert in confirming i was scheduled for second round of interviews which took weeks again in getting a mutual time slot and not hearing from them. Eventually once i heard from them they advised that they have found a candidate and wont proceed with my 2nd interview. Which i appreciate them advising but also very unprofeesional going MIA for weeks yet in the meantime have the process active whilst having candidates hopeful for 2nd interviews. I still believe Bain is one of the best companies to work for based on 'rubbing shoulders' at my time with EY. However i think they can optimise they hiring process in being more efficient.
2 interviews, first with other EAs. You will do a test to see how quickly you can resolve scheduling and travel. Second interview is with an EA manager and HR

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Boston, MA) in Jun 2022
Interview
I applied online, the process took 5 minutes. HR just confirmed the information. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, and didn't give me a chance even to describe my job experience. Felt awkward for such a company.
