Interview
My recruiter set me up for a temporary position. I had a phone interview with their HR and 2 days later they asked me to come in for an in person interview with another HR staff. I started the following Monday and was told job would be for a month. They had an opening while I was working as a temp and I applied for the position. Though I had worked with them for over 2 months, I still had to do the proper interview process. Peer to peer, then HR interview and 2 separate interviews with the manager. The whole process took a month because it was around December when I started the process.
