Processo extremente longo (fev-jul) e pouco transparente. Como candidato, dependi diretamente do contato com uma pessoa dentro da empresa para saber o que estava acontecendo com o processo seletivo. A empresa esperou o processo terminar para anunciar que não contrataria ninguém neste semestre.
A primeira etapa consiste em uma prova de lógica e matemática; é no modelo do GMAT, como em outras empresas do setor. No mais, destacam-se duas rodadas de entrevista (cada rodada com duas entrevistas).

There was a resume and online assessment. I was then invited to Round One which consisted of two cases. Round Two followed about a week later and also had 2 cases. Round One and Round Two were both virtual rounds.
2 rounds of interviews primarily focused on case, with some behavioral questions second round. Each interview consists of two interviewers who will interview separately with different cases. Interviews last 30-45 minutes.
