First Interview was with manager from TMT(Technology, Media, and Telecom). Interviewer was great, asked basic questions and also a Market Sizing Question. Market Sizing question was to estimate number of ships arriving in India annually.

Last Round of Interview was also conducted by a manager. The person seemed pissed off as soon as he joined in the interview. Questions were easy. One of them were of a water bottle company selling in retail chains and profitability analysis for entering hospitality business in Indore. The second case was of Tesla for entering India. The second case was something, I was confident about, since I am a huge fan of tesla, and elon musk. I already had numerous discussions with a lot of experienced people about the exact same topic, where we weighed numerous factors. He wasn't convinced with any of them. This was very strange. He denied the factors stated by me, and in the end said the same back to me. I can't still accept that he believed that land and labour costs for setting up manufacturing units in India would be the biggest factor. Tesla never enters a new region by setting up a factory first. Secondly, he denied the product pricing. I can't believe how he is consulting companies out there.

2 rounds of interviews, one resume focused on brain teasers, and the second with a proper case study. The first one asked me for a guesstimate on the topic I'd briefly mentioned as one of my interests during the introduction, followed by a riddle I believe I'd seen on GFG. The second interview was a very quick resume overview followed by a case study.

Case study was about a firm diversifying their product lineup and entering another market segment, and involved walking through all the necessary factors that one must account for before making any business calls. Included some basic number crunching to estimate potential profits, etc., which were provided by the interviewer
Interview process consisted of HR round and technical round beyond which I didnt qualify. The process was smooth, the HR team was responsive and the overall process was easy. The questions were also the usual behavioural fit, guesstimates and a brief case study. Inteview questions and back and forth also depends on what domain you come from and what domain the role sits in.
