About 2 weeks after the online test, received phone interview. Mainly on motivation. I was expecting a case question but they didn't ask. I guess it's because the role was not that hard.

Describe a task that you were assigned during your last internship experience. What challenge did you face and how did you resolve it?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company in May 2024

First round online written tests, done on zoom. Pretty easy, with some calculation and case-based multiple choice questions. The second round is a phone interview with an AC at the office, asking about my resume and a market sizing question. Around 15 minutes long, the AC was friendly and didn't ask too-detailed questions
