The process: Applied through careers portal. 30 mins screening call with recruiter, then 45 mins with HM, and then three 45 mins interviews each with technical peers on the team and finally interview with a Director. The whole process was truly amazing. I've interviewed quite alot within FAANG and Bain is literally the best experience I've had in a while. The recruiter(Conni) was extremely nice, always made me feel comfortable and wasn't pushy. A gem of a person. Even though I did not go forward with the offer, and it was for completely personal reasons but I can testify that Bain is at the top on Glassdoor for exactly this reason. The managers, to peers and even executive folks who interviewed me were humble and genuine. Felt like I was being interviewed like a human should be and not a robot(folks at Amazon should take note).
