The entire process was a six month engagement. I was mislead on several occasions and there was no intent to hire in the location where the role was actually posted. Generally speaking it was apparent that internal communication between recruiting team and business was lacking or non-existent. My overall impression is that Bain is a great example of the gap that exists between espoused and enacted values. No company which so heavily promotes their people first culture would ever treat a candidate with such inconsideration if that was a true core value. Red flag.
