Screening call with a recruiter, then met the hiring manager to make sure we were a good fit for each other. Afterwards had a behavior interview to see how I would work with others, and then a case interview. Unfortunately I choked on the case interview so did not make it to final round (offer with stakeholder). Overall the experience was very good but pretty slow (took about a month). With the exception of the case interview, I found the interview to be pretty easy (I don't have a traditional business background so was not prepared for the case, but the problem would be easy for someone who was more well trained). There was also some confusion about how many interviews there would be (recruiter didn't mention case interview). It would be great if they could find a way to make this process faster so as to not waste applicants' time.
