Super kind people and truly differentiated culture. The interview process is five interviews in two rounds, with the first being a behavioral one with a senior recruiter, and the rest with Senior Managers, AP and Partners.
Interview was medium difficulty. Team was very collaborative during the interview providing tips was needed not holding grudge on small mistakes. You get to interview peers from the same team that you’re joining as well as the associate partner. As expected for MBB. Excellent performances needed and back up from Senior partner. Internal interview. If you came for outside Bain you will have to go through case interviews which are challenging and need time for prep.
