Open about the culture and job scope, they were looking for an experienced hire and expressed that my profile would not be the most preferred due to lack of experience in this field. Did the HR interview then did not progress past the assessment.
Three half hour phone interviews. First with recruiting, then with two managers in the department. Scheduling was very easy and quick. None of the interviews went long or felt repetitive of each other.
