hard and long, full of tests that don't help at all, I would not recommend this company at all, Deloitte is better. I applied to madrid head quarters in December.
3 rounds in one day: 2 cases, 1 behavioral interview. ALL are CV blind. No mentioning of university, or names of employers. You also shouldn't mention what you study, or essentially anything. You get the call in the same day.
