got an phone call, caught me in surprise as the time was different than what we scheduled. But the conversation was smooth, talked about fit, why consulting, and so on. Then asked me to compare one industry that showed differences between US and China.

1st round interview through campus recruiting, 2 45-minute interviews. first 40 minutes case, 5 minutes for questions. no behavioral questions for first round. through feedback learned to be as structured as possible with responses as well as to make sure ideas are well thought out.
