I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Baker Hughes (Leicester, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
The application process consisted of initial send off of cover letter and CV. Received online test offer after a week or two which were ok. Passed them and had to complete a video interview where asked a range of questions about past experiences or a time demonstrating a certain skill they were after. About a month after this I received an email back saying I had proceeded to the next stage of recruitment but had to select a location to apply for. The individual handling my application was very pleasant and positive which made the experience all the more enjoyable. Arranged a face to face interview which was informal get to know type interview. Lasted an hour and fifteen minutes and didn’t feel like it dragged. Offered the role within 24 hours of interview.
