Interview
Few rounds of interview with combination of behavioral test and technical question. Also might have a case study. General atmosphere is friendly and less demanding than most other firm, but internship in there would be more different.
Eerst via de site, vervolgens kan je als je wordt toegelaten op gesprek. Het aanmelden via de site gaat eenvoudig. Dat is gewoon jouw gegevens doorgeven met je CV etc. Daarna is het gewoon wachten tot er eventueel op wordt ingegaan.

De belangrijkste vraag die mij gesteld werd was waarom Baker Mckenzie?
Dat was geen vraag die ik zag aankomen omdat ik zo gefocust was op het technische en inhoudelijke etc.
Took the essay and then took the 20-minute interview. There were around 10 interviewers. The mood was not quite pressuring. All the interviewers were energetic. The interview was mainly in Thai. Plus, the interviewers were straightforward in their sayings.

Video interview was very fast paced, highly recommend keeping answers concise and answering the question in the first sentence. There is a timer that counts down as soon as you start answering which can add pressure.
