Interview
Very thorough and challenging. Was initially interviewed on the phone by a Recruitment Agency. When shortlisted, was invited for 1:1 by the Agency TA Director. Endorsed to Ball for initial panel interview and the finally endorsed to final panel interview.
I Never ended up hearing back after my phone interview after expectations for a follow up were confirmed. There were also strange preliminary questions such as “do you handle ambiguity well?” .. a yes or no question. No context. I guess it is ambiguous.
