firstly a call from hr, then a mechanical aptitude test, and followed by an interview with the line manager, Then you are then invited to the production plant for another assessment.

The interview itself was fairly relaxed. Quite a few of behavioral questions scripted. The only con i have was the lack of notification on the part of whitby HR especially when you make it to the short list. A yes or NO for that matter would have been nice.
