Phone screen followed by 3 additional stages interviewing with cross functional leaders and member of direct team. Interview questions standard, good transparency from interviewers on operating environment and challenges. Hiring team pleasant and left impression as being collaborative. Established manufacturing organization so many traditional processes and mindsets still exist and slower to change. Recruiter was MIA throughout and didn't seem to be involved beyond admin; lack of communication lessened interest over course of interview process.
