The interviewer was well informed before the meeting, and there wasn't any unnecessary interviews. It did seem like the leader was a little too busy, so the interview was a little unstructured. However, this also reflected how it was to work at the company, so it gave an accurate reflection of the workplace. They contacted me in a timely manner and it seemed like they have a recruitment procedure that they followed perfectly.
