Group assessment - 3 hours - HR rep spoke about BankWest, the company structure and what the role would entail. Store Managers assisted in the assessment. Group activity. Store Managers took individual candidates for role play and one on one interview.
I haven't been offered a role/or rejected, as they have been busy onboarding another group. Will update once I hear.

It took me 2 weeks and process quite quick. People from acquisition team are very professional and helpful despite the manager. i guess wit depends who dyou know inside to get the job.

Interview
I applied online, received an email for online assessment. Got an email invitation for digital interview a day after that. Then, I was set up to be interviewed with the area manager and the branch manager at the branch. It was all formal interview and I had a little chat with the managers about the role at the beginning. Unfortunately, I was informed unsuccessful for this role a day after the interview. But it was quite nice experience and the process was all step by steps.
