I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Banner Health (Mesa, AZ) in Sep 2016
Interview
It was very simple, and the interview process was easy. Management was very nice and was open about the great things about the job and the nit and grit about the job. Such as being a transporter sometimes you take the brunt of it from the surrounding staff and the patients if they had been waiting a long time for your arrival when in honesty the RN forgot to put in the transport request, or they put the wrong info in.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Banner Health (Sun City West, AZ) in Jan 2024
Interview
It took awhile to hear back after submitting my resume, about 3 weeks. The interview was very straightforward although I was unable to take the position due to the low pay

Question 1
Why do you think you’d be a good fit for this role?
Phone interview then in person one on one interview they asked pretty simple questions and were respectful. There was only one question that I did not expect and it was describe a time where you didn’t follow company policy or it was difficult for you to.
Fairly easy-going despite questions about moral decisions in terms of how you would respond to conflicts between employees, patients, and situations. Very low-stress environment. Took over a month after the initial interview to be confirmed as having landed the job (actually 2 weeks for this) and getting a schedule. This is not uncommon, coworkers have told me they experienced the same so don't feel discouraged, just don't quit your job after they tell you you're on the company payroll until you actually get a schedule!
