One 30 min, phone interview and then couple days later one in person interview based off of banners values, accountability, customer obsessed and earning trust, this was pretty easy and they were very nice

fiveish questions(?): one asked strengths and weaknesses
they gave me options on positions based on the location you gave them, i picked the one that i’ve heard of but if you’re adamant on a specific unit you could ask to keep waiting(?) (that’s what i’ve heard from fellow orientee)

Interview
Submitted my application online. Scheduled a phone interview over email a couple days later. Completed interview over the phone (took about 45 minutes), offer letter sent the same day. Interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions.
