I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Baptist Health System (Texas) (San Antonio, TX) in May 2013

Interview

I initially contacted the CEO of BHC and asked if there were any internships available. A week later, I received a phone call from the CNO asking to meet with him in a few days. I obliged and met with him. He asked questions based on my resume. Once that was done, he offered me a position as an undergraduate analyst at their hospital.
