Interview
The process was quite lengthy (about 6 months). The initial interview was with the supervisor of the project. I explained some of my previous projects and related experience and the supervisor told me details about the position. Next, there was the interview with HR, with typical questions (what is my weakness/strength, where do I see myself in 5 years, etc). Then, there was a personality test and an IQ test.
Smooth interview process. The recruitment process was streamlined and they were fast in responding to the queries. The HR team is really helpful in this company. Overall a positive experience from my side during the entire interview process.
