El proceso comienza con una entrevista de 30 minutos con recursos humanos externos, seguida de otra más completa con el equipo interno. Después se realizan pruebas de inglés, psicotécnicos, Excel y redacción de un correo en inglés. La última fase es con la persona a la que darías soporte, para concretar las tareas del día a día. En conjunto, el proceso es muy completo y permite valorar bien el perfil del candidato.

The interview process consists of three stages. The first stage is an interview with the Team Leader, where you have to present your previous projects. In the second stage, you will meet with the team, present your projects again, and complete a technical test. The final stage is an interview with Human Resources to discuss salary, employment terms, etc. All in english.
