- Internal process - HR should work more on their "poker faces" during the interview meeting, because i knew the answer before the feedback email - way too long - it took 3 months and 2 meetings - they tend not to promote you if have to many skills or if it's too difficult for them to find a person to replace you - in my case the went for someone outside the company with zero experience
