I applied online through naukri.com. company is good. It takes around 1 month in the whole process. The first round was phone screening. After around 1 week, Second round was simple aptitude and reasoning test. Again after around 1 week, the third round was technical and Manager round. They asked simple questions and judge overall personality and technical knowledge. The worst part of whole process wait.... wait..... wait...... Only guard come and tell you, (After around 4 hrs )that "you can go. They will call you. " when we called to Hr for asking final result, she didn't pick call and if we tried to communicate through E-mail, she didn't reply us. No Hr (Junior or Senior) communicate after the final round. The whole process can be done in 1 week easily, but they take whole month and after this long process at least Hr has to reply you. Worst Hr policy I ever see in my life in BASWARE.

The process took more than one month. I interviewed at Basware chandigarh. It was the worst interview process I have ever seen. After technical interview they conducted managerial round after 15 days because manager was not there, and after calling for managerial round panel was not there and they conducted telephonic interview. Why are you wasting everyone's time if you don't want to shortlist anyone.
