The process was strictly structured - 45 mins/candidate. The interview times were very restricted by Basware - I couldn't choose preferred time, only out of their proposed time windows. Started a bit late (they finished late with the previous candidate). 1 senior company representative in the room, 1 over Skype. The former was quite friendly and a good listener, the latter - a demanding manager-type. A bit of a good cop/bad cop situation :)
