Face 2 face interview onsite and a phone interview. Followed up by two separate phone interviews. Extended an offer on a Friday at close of business. Offer was not accompanied with offer letter or benefits info and was informed that would only be delivered upon acceptance. Was open with company they I also had another offer which I was informed they "didn't like". Offer was rescinded by them on Monday morning by 11:15 am because I hadn't given them my answer yet. I was in process with them for three weeks yet they expected an immediate reply with nothing in writing. This is definitely not good business practice and you should proceed with caution.
