Applied online, and was asked to come in for an interview the next day. Like a lot of reviews on here, they said I was a great fit and were eager to move forward. I followed up the next day with a thank you email, and never heard back. If I do hear back, like a lot of reviewers on here do, I will have no interest in continuing the interview process. If you don't give applicants your time, don't expect them to give their time back to you. I won't ever apply here again.
