Online application, phone call, 2 hour online writing assessment, in person interview. The in person interview involved talking to the recruiter, then the team members (1 to 2 at a time), and lastly talking to the director. All in all, you are interviewed by around 6 to 7 people. The director didn't seem particularly interested, was distracted, passive aggressive, and seemed bored sometimes. I pretty much got the feeling that she never considered me, and that my interview was just filling a quota. It wasn't the best feeling, and it changed a positive experience into an okay one. Otherwise, a lot of the people who interviewed me seemed nice and sweet, and were engaged in the interviewing process.
