It was a very long process which I didn't mind going through but I did think it was strange for a relatively junior position. I applied after seeing the job posted on their site. All the people I met were lovely - all in all I went in twice and spent about 5 hours of my time in their office. They have space issues and at one point I was sitting in the middle of the office when waiting for my interview to start because there was a meeting going on in their reception room but I think that's pretty indicative of a start-up who are blowing up. Looks like they're outgrowing their office. I really, really wanted the job so was upset not to get it but HR were professional enough to follow up and 'regret' me kindly. A lot of places don't bother now.
