Interview
Applied online and got a call from HR a couple weeks later. Was invited to speak to HR 1:1 and was a very pleasant experience. More like a 'get to know ya' conversation without any of the stuffy formality. Afterwards was invited back to speak to the management team and hiring manager. Questions were straightforward and everyone was very friendly and obviously passionate about the company. Very energetic team. From application to offer date was about 45 days.
This was for a different role but just like these other reviews, they had me do a test and submit my ideas, I went through multiple rounds of interviews over 2 months, got to the end - ghosted me. Now they re-posted the job.

Interview
I applied through the company website, was sent a timed exam to complete, then was interviewed in person at the office a week later. The interview itself was informal and mainly focused on my past work experience. Very typical HR questions. I interviewed separately with two people who were both pleasant and friendly, though they repeated the same interview questions. After the interview, the company did get back to me fairly quickly to let me know they had chosen another candidate.

Interview
2 hour long interview with three people (director, staff, hr) on site. Everyone was pleasant. I sent everyone a thank you email when I got home. I thought the interview went well but I have not heard back from the company in 6 weeks. A week after the interview I emailed the HR rep that I interviewed with for an update but I never received a reply. Emailed again the week after, still nothing. I spent a lot of time and effort during this application process, the least they could have done was give me an update even if it's to say they decided to go with another candidate. The lack of respect for other people's time was truly disappointing.
