My review is extremely similar to many reviews on this page. The process took about a month, in which time I was extremely led on. I applied for the assistant merchant position and had a phone interview shortly after that. After being told I would hear two-three days after this interview, I followed up several times until I finally (after a follow up email and a phone call) was told a week later that I was moving to the next round (I thought this was unprofessional to begin with, since they told me I would hear two to three days later and I did not. A nice email explaining that they were running behind schedule after my first follow up would have been more than sufficient) After taking a math and excel exam (the math portion was fine but timed way too fast, and the excel portion does not really test one's skills on real-world applications, but only extremely specific and difficult information), I was told to come in for an in-person interview. The interview went well and I was told the same day to meet with the VP of merchandising the following week. That interview did not last very long and seemed to go well. After the fourth interview, about a week later I was sent a rejection email saying that they were moving forward with someone with more experience in merchandising. If this were the case, they should not have kept asking me back round after round. I have plenty of experience in merchandising as well. At the end I was extremely led on. In the future, BaubleBar needs to mend its recruiting process, because by the looks of this page, is only gaining a bad rep.

I applied online and received an email requesting a phone interview a few weeks later. My interview was rescheduled several times. The person I eventually spoke with was very pleasant. I was asked to take a math and excel test. They were not super difficult but the excel test was much more involved than those I've been asked to do in the past. I did very well on the test and was told they wanted to schedule an in person interview. They asked me to pick a date then never responded. I had to contact them several times asking for updates. I was never given a specific date, only excuses, but I was promised they were interested and would follow up. About a week later I got a form rejection email. It came across as extremely disorganized and disrespectful. It definitely turned me off from them as a company.
