The first part was an online interview. It was easy and you were able to answer the questions as many times as you wanted until you felt comfortable. It was easy and smooth and they got back to you within a couple days.
Quick! They asked scenario based questions. Asked about who i am and why i chose baylor to work at. Friendly and nice. receuiter communicated well and asked quwstions during a phone call about my gpa and resume.

My interview was virtual using hireview. I went through two interviews, and the second one was live in front of the supervisor and manager. I dressed in business casual. Overall great experience.

1st interview was virtual which asked 5 different questions and the 2nd interview was with the nurse manager and another nurse tech. Both interview sessions were easy and went smoothly. I would recommend studying interview questions before the interview.
