After submitting that, two days later, I was asked to schedule a follow up call with a recruiter. After talking to the recruiter, I was then scheduled to interview with unit manager. Waiting to hear back.

Applied online and then the recruiter reached out for phone interview. The next week I interviewed with the supervisor and later had a peer interview with a current employee. Process took about 3 weeks.
