Zoom Interview. 2 on 1 interview with Nurse Manager and a floor nurse. Very general questions, and they explained job expectations. I spoke a lot about my college experience and why I was interested in the job.

Online AI interview. It was a virtual call with some AI agent, asking generic questions about patient care, working with coworkers; etc. They said they’d be in touch. I received the interview email shortly after applying for position.

Quick and efficient. They asked me about my career experience and if I have previously worked in a hospital. I was interviewed by the manager and the house supervisor. They were both very kind and helpful with any questions I had.
