They ask what your strengths and weaknesses are and how the lab will help you reach your goals. They ask about why they should hire you and what skills you bring to the team

Three interviews are common. Baylor HR phone interview, if you do good at it you get a Peer interview with the unit you will be working with,If you do good at that you get a Supervisor interview with a group of supervisors from different departments. It can take several months to do all three.
