HR called to interview first, then was moved to a virtual interview before the in person interview. The process was very easy and the staff made scheduling an easy process.

Panel style interview with three or four employees from the academic advising suite. Everyone was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Talked a bit about how my previous experience could translate to the position, and went through a few hypothetical scenarios to see how I might handle a sticky situation with a student or parent.
