I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Baylor University (Waco, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied for the position via the university's online application center. Several weeks later I received a phone call from the human resources department to schedule an interview. A week later I met with the department head and assistant department head for an interview. It's been 2 1/2 months I still haven't heard anything. At this point, I assume they have filled the position.
