Basically a conversation about what subject you want to tutor as well as your own strengths and weaknesses regarding tutoring. There is also a lot of paperwork involved and a meeting.

Very easy going, casual, maybe 15 minutes long, basic questions about my grades, asked how many hours I could work per week, wanted to know basic tutoring strategies I would have, showed me around the work area, informed me on basic expectations
