Very unorganized with a lot of last minute, conflicting communication. Was asked to interview for a final round with less than 15 hours’ notice. Told to expect a video link, but never received one. Had to access department website to find a phone number to call the hiring manager and ensure that the interview was happening. Discovered that I was late for the interview because I was given the wrong time.
