They are very easy going and want to assist you in your endeavor through school but still expect the most out of you. They email back and forth with you and then they call you in for an interview and it ultimately is more like a conversation to see if you're interested and if you have the personality to fit in the office and you're wiling to do the job. Everyone is really really kind.

The interview process was simple! They ask you questions and you answer. The interviewers were kind, friendly & welcoming. They truly want to learn about you as a candidate and care about what you have to say and your experiences.

The interview process was structured and professional. It started with an initial phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a technical/behavioral interview with a hiring manager. After that, I had a panel interview with a few team members where they asked situational and technical questions. The final stage was a discussion about company culture and expectations with a senior executive.
