Interview
There was a group interview process as well as an individual interview. The group interview process included 20-25 other potential Line Camp leaders. Activities included team-work exercises, problem solving, and real-life camp leader scenarios. The individual interview was easier for me, but was a one-one-one setting that asked pretty basic questions.
Straight forward did a few interviews one was one on one and the other one was in a group overall it was straight forward and there were no curveball questions and I got the job
