I had a connection from my family who knew the Project Manager at Bechtel. I maintained contact for the remaining 5 months with the HR Manager. I sent the HR Manager the required documents, my Resume as well as awards received, such as the Dean Scholar Award and any Engineering Societies I was in, such as Tau Beta Pi.

The first interview was through video. There were several videos prerecorded with questions and then you would record your response but you only get one chance to respond to each question. Then, there is a phone interview if you pass the first phase.

Name a time where you had to deal with a difficult person on a team
Was contacted through Career fair at college, have to wait for recruiter to reach out, to begin the interview process. Usually a few rounds, still waiting on reply from recruiter.
One interview with HR and one of the Senior Engineers, the interview was online and lasted about 30 minutes. Questions ranged from 'tell me about yourself' to culture and company fit.
