Very informal and laid back. 3 people asked me various questions about what I wanted from the company, where I want to work. They talked about the company and the company's values and asked if I had any questions and gave good answers to what I asked.

When is one time you had an idea and after implementation it did not work?
The first interview was through video. There were several videos prerecorded with questions and then you would record your response but you only get one chance to respond to each question. Then, there is a phone interview if you pass the first phase.

Name a time where you had to deal with a difficult person on a team
Was contacted through Career fair at college, have to wait for recruiter to reach out, to begin the interview process. Usually a few rounds, still waiting on reply from recruiter.
One interview with HR and one of the Senior Engineers, the interview was online and lasted about 30 minutes. Questions ranged from 'tell me about yourself' to culture and company fit.
