A very straightforward process. Only consisted of an online application form detailing qualifications/experience followed by a 30 minute video interview with a panel of 3 interviewers. The interview was mainly general competency questions.
They wanted to know me as a person and see if I was the right fit for the company. The interview process consisted of a scenario based software and then an personal interview with upper management.
