Terrible Interview Process which just reflects the culture of the company First round: Scheduled with the recruiter but received a call from one of the team members standard questions from the resume Second round(Panel Interview): Consists of 2-3 team members In this round, the candidate realizes how messed up the hiring team is. No clear structure to the interview, the hiring manager takes frequent pauses to think about what to ask, whereas another team member is distracted and acts disinterested in the interview. Seems like they don't know what they are looking. Interviewers are sarcastic while interviewing and do not have basic professional etiquette. Post-interview experience is terrible: The recruiter mails saying she would get back in 48hours regarding the feedback, then ghosts not responding to emails. The company is doomed to fail with this culture
