I made a project and presentation for the company and mailed the recruiter. 1) Recruiter reached out to schedule the screening phone call and calls at a random time without any regards for other person's schedule and asks basic questions about salary expectations and sponsorship requirements. She says she'll get back in 48 hours but ghosts and doesn't reply to emails for 2 weeks, only to email 1 day before the next interview round, that the next round has been scheduled for tomorrow. 2) The next interview was fairly easy and the conversation went without any hiccups. 3) For the panel (Final) round, recruiter directly schedules an on-site interview without asking for availability, even after mentioning many times that I live in another state. After multiple emails and calls, she replied back rescheduling the interview as virtual. In the interview, the hiring manager had a productive conversation, however one of the team member was absolutely disinterested while others talked and kept making faces, sly smiling throughout the interview only to ask unrealistic questions, for which he did not even accept a single response rather joked about the answers. They did not even mention the project I did and when I started talking and mentioning the project, they did not know anything about it. 4) The recruiter said she will get back again in 48 hours and has ghosted ever since, doesn't reply to mails nor gets back after leaving multiple voicemails over phone. The hiring process is highly unstructured and inefficient, recruiter don't know how to value relationships for future candidate sourcing with this I won't recommend anyone to apply to this company even if they don't have a job.
