Was called by Talent Acquisition a few days after sending in application. Spoke briefly on the phone going over any questions I had. A video interview was set up to interview with director of OC office. Interview lasted about an hour. Interview had a great flow and felt natural. The questions related to how you would respond in certain situations that are presented daily in the life of a clinical manager. Was called by Talent Acquisition a few days later and was offered the position.
